Mid-State Motorsports is conveniently located right next to I-40 in Cookeville Tennessee. Cookeville is about 85 miles East of Nashville and 100 miles west of Knoxville Tennessee.
From The East - Exit I-40 at Cookeville exit # 287. Stay in the center lane of the exit ramp and turn right at the traffic light. Be prepared! You need to turn left immediately after turning right at the bottom of the bottom of the ramp. This is Walnut Ave and goes directly beside Wendy's. Mid-State is located 1/2 mile down on the left.
From The West - Exit I-40 at Cookeville exit # 287. Turn left at the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp. Go 1/10 of a mile and turn left at second traffic light (Walnut Ave - Wendy's). Mid-State is located 1/2 mile down on the left.
